Replacing it is a big decision, so we start with a free inspection and estimate and tell you what we see on your roof. We install GAF shingles and use the full GAF roofing system, not just the shingles. That means Pro-Start starter strips on the eaves and rakes, Seal-A-Ridge cap on hips and ridges, Weather Watch ice and water barrier on eaves and valleys, Cobra ridge ventilation, and roof deck protection under the shingles. The ice and water barrier matters in Ohio winters because it helps keep ice dams from pushing water in along the gutter line. Our own roofers do the work. If your replacement is part of an insurance claim, we help with the claim from the first step through the end of the project. We also help you pick a shingle color and style from the GAF options.
