Fixing them early usually keeps the damage from spreading into the decking and the attic. We start with a free inspection. We find where the water is getting in and tell you what we see, including whether a repair makes sense or the roof is worn enough that replacing it is the better choice. We would rather say so than patch a roof that will keep leaking. If the damage came from wind or hail, it may be covered by your homeowners insurance.
